Shipping & Returns Policy


The Marble Gypsy takes great pride in sending out your treasures as quickly as possible. Your treasures will arrive via USPS, so please provide a good USPS address for us to deliver to.

On occasion, an item or style might be on backorder; if your purchase is not available to ship within 7 days of your order, we will notify you immediately. 

We do our best to ship same day.  If orders come in after lunch and the mail has already been picked up, your order will ship the following day.  We do have multiple items that are made when you order and take a little longer.  Please read product descriptions when ordering.

 Marble Gypsy ask that you please not abuse our return policy, it makes it harder to be able to exchange items or take returns.  Examples of return policy abuse are listed below.

– Ordering one of every size so you can return everything that doesn’t fit.  Give us a call and we will help you get the correct fit.

– Returning items that are already 30% off or more.

– Returning items made to order.

Items will not be accepted for return or exchange if we feel you are abusing our return policy.  We will try to work with all customers, but please do not take advantage.

The Marble Gypsy will be happy to take exchanges or issue store credit for items eligible for return. Made to Order items, such as Keep it Gypsy Products, may only be returned for store credit.  We do not issue returns on items made to order.  Made to order items are all Litva's Jewelry, Savannah Hoffman Designs, Keep it Gypsy, Fox and Owl, McFarland Productions, and Raisin Arrows.  

Shipping is not refundable.  

Customer Service is our number one priority, and we will always try to work with all of our customers. 

All Sale Items 30% off or greater are final sale, we will not take returns or exchanges on these items.

Regarding Coupon Codes 

if you do not apply an active coupon code, we can not apply the codes after the fact. 

If you purchase an item and then discover you missed a coupon code, we can not apply the coupon code after the fact. 

If you purchase an item and it goes on sale the next day, we are sorry.  We randomly have sales and can not go back and give you a discount.

If you purchase an item in store and then discover we are having an online sale, we are sorry online sales and in store purchases are separate issues.  We will not honor online sales in store or vice versa.
